The Caravan Journal: What's happening at Oasis
Pray with your Family: This Sunday, March 21, come on over to the Miller's at 5 PM to pray together for people we love and God's heart for our church. We'll spend an hour or so praying, then have a potluck lite, and you can hang out as long as you want!
Communion: On Sunday, March 28, at 5 PM, we will get together to celebrate the community God has made us with a reenactment of the meal, footwashing and bread and cup that Jesus' shares with his disciples before he is crucified. At the Young's 619 E. Orchid in Gilbert.
This Week at Oasis
Worship Practice: Monday night at 7 at Jim's.
Post High Community Group: Come on over to the Phillips this Thursday at 6:30 for dinner and some time to be together. New study starts next week.
Youth on Spring Break: Lots of things going on for the youth this week to help them fill up their spring break free time! Check these out!
Alabaster Worship Night: The kids are going to experience a time of creative worship, using music, arts, writing, etc. to express their heart to God. Monday night (tonight) at 8 PM at the Phillips house.
Hiking? Word has it there may be a hike on Wednesday sometime, we'll get word to the kids of when and where.
King of King and a Fist Full of Quarters: Recess Edition. Noon, at the Millers on Thursday. It's the next big tournament and you need to be here. Probably food, definitely fun.
No Thursday night meeting.
Women's Bible Study: Not sure, but we think this is canceled this week due to spring break. We'll let you know if not.
24 Hours Through the Bible: If you've ever wondered how the Bible all fits together, how the Old Testament relates to the New, that's what we're covering at this video study on Thursday nights at George Sharp's, 1151 E Shannon in Gilbert.

Easter Sunday: If you really think about it, Easter Sunday shouldn't be any different from any of our worship celebrations--we're always celebrating the resurrection of Jesus, it is what makes us who we are! But since we do single out this day of the year, join with your Oasis family and bring friends and family with you and we'll have our normal great time together. It's Sunday, April 4. Because of the holiday, we will not have a potluck that Sunday, we'll move it to the next, April 11.
Community Sunday: And speaking of April 11, that's the date of our next Community Sunday, a morning where we catch up on what God is doing in our lives, you get to choose the songs, a morning of encouragement with each other. We have really enjoyed these in the past, and anticipate what God will do again with us. And we'll have the potluck after this!
Bunko Date Change! Bunko is now on Saturday, March 27, at the Qunitrall's. Keep the calendars clear and invite your friends!
Oasis Men's Retreat will be held at the Sanders Retreat Center in Payson April 9-11. The theme of the retreat is "When the Game is Over, It all Goes Back in the Box." To register, respond to this email. Cost is only $30.
