Sometimes, we all need an oasis...

Imagine what it would feel like to be stranded in the desert.  Thirsty. Lifeless. Dangerous. Hopeless. Not sure how we got here, not sure how to get out. Desperate for a place of rest, of refreshment, of hope and life. Where's an oasis when you need one??

That's a pretty good picture for all of our lives at times, isn't it, trapped in a desert? Times when we're desperate for help, for hope...for life itself. Well, what if there was a place where you could find all that, where your weariness and struggle could be turned into rest and refreshment and meaning? 

Can we be honest? No church can give you that.  We don't call ourselves Oasis Community Church because we can rescue you from your deserts.  All we can do is to point you to the Oasis that has changed our loneliness to love, our thirst to satisfaction, and our hopelessness to joy! We have found hope and life in our deserts, and we want to share with you how you can experience that as well.

We don't think this church thing is about getting bigger or doing more. We think it's more about knowing and trusting God, about doing life together, and about living our lives in God's larger story. We welcome you to share that journey with us!
 
So where can you find life, what is the Oasis?  Let us welcome you to the only Oasis we know—Jesus!
